The Canada Border Services Agency has captured another fugitive on its most wanted list.

32-year-old Steven Mark Nairn was apprehended by CBSA inland enforcement officers on January 20 without incident in Surrey, British Columbia, following tips from the Canadian public.  He is currently in CBSA custody.

Nairn is inadmissible to Canada for serious criminality.  He has been convicted of unlawful possession of cocaine and heroin along with five counts of robbery in Canada.

To date, as a result of the "Wanted by the CBSA" program, Canadians have assisted in locating 19 individuals in Canada and four individuals abroad. The CBSA has removed nine of these individuals from Canada.
